I’ve been looking at different people and there workouts and I truly appreciate your honesty and detailed explanation. I have an 8 year old and am only now getting back to the gym. I love my big butt so of course I want that lift and will be following your advice. But what do you find to be the best for your core? I have that little bit of lower stomachs area chunk and I’m not looking for abs but I def want that flat toned look. Also the hip machine you were using, do you find that it give that nice “Kim k” curve to your hips? I dunno if I explained that well but I want to say thanks again and ur awesome!

My most requested video is my workout routine so I broke it down for you guys here. I used to not be active at all and was super unhappy with myself and my body. My energy levels were super low and it was hard to stay motivated. After coming up with this 12,3,30 treadmill routine and sticking to it, my life completely changed. I now look forward to being active and making better choices with my meals. I’m NOT a calorie counter or a dieter and I believe in doing as I wish I moderation to stay happy and healthy. I bring you guys with me to Target for a grocery run in this video and show you what I like to keep in my fridge and give you realistic meal examples. I even show some before and afters you guys sent in and I’m so proud of you guys!! We all deserve to live and feel happy and I’m so exited to finally be sharing these things with you guys. Also, pro-tip if you like onions in your salads: Make chopping the onions the very first step in your prep and let them marinate in a little bit of lemon juice while you do everything else. It transforms the salad! Sometimes I throw in the tomatoes to marinate as well ^.^
noor hb : My treadmill has a maximum of 90 incline (degrees) not sure though is it the same as 12v

M.M : I don't have a percentage gradient for the incline on my Precor treadmill ( UK ) i just have it from level 1-15, so i did it on level 12 at 3mph, does anyone know if this is the same or not ??
